Here’s a bit more about our HR Executive Search Team –
With overall responsibility for our Interim and Recruitment operations from both a strategic and operational perspective, Jenny describes her approach to business as “commercial, pacey, professional and fun”; offering her clients practical and effective solutions to a wide range of HR and recruitment issues. She has over 20 years of HR recruitment experience and loves what she does; that is, supporting her clients to find their best hires, as well as working with some of the best HR talent in the market.
Outside of work Jenny likes to keep active. Currently training for the New York marathon in November this year, her ultimate goal is to complete six major world marathons by the time she is 50! She also loves to spend time with her son.
Eilidh is a Senior Recruitment Advisor and describes her role as a blend of sourcing for our HR consultancy & interim assignments and running executive search campaigns for senior HR roles. For her, executive search is about becoming a trusted advisor to her clients, running the best campaign possible to attract the widest number of applicants; as well as creating an excellent candidate experience.
Eilidh has been in professional recruitment for over 20 years, working both in-house and as a consultant. When asked about her favourite part of her job, Eilidh says that it is “connecting people! And the privilege of getting to support people at pivotal moments in their careers.”
A little-known fact about Eilidh is that she has a degree in Aquatic Bioscience!
Laura Brownhill
Senior Recruitment Advisor, Laura joined Hunter Adams earlier this. She has a strong track record in recruitment and direct hiring and search. She has worked on a number of executive search campaigns during her time with us, mapping candidates nationwide to support Hunter Adams clients with key hires.
Laura says: “With executive search, we work on more of a project basis than traditional recruitment, working within agreed parameters to carry out intensive market mapping, in-depth interview screening and face to face delivery of profiles.” Laura cites speaking to such a wide range of candidates as being one of the most interesting parts of her role as it gives a true insight into the current challenges being faced by HR professionals.
Outside of work Laura loves visiting the theatre and is particularly keen on musicals -The Sound of Music, Les Miserables and Chicago are among her favourites!
