Most of our clients opt for our cost-effective bank of hours service model.

Under this unique model clients only pay for HR support as and when they need it. With our pre-paid bank of hours model we don’t charge clients retainers, fixed fees or tribunal insurance premiums; just practical, solutions-driven HR support on a pay-as-you-use basis.

For clients who would like more cost-certainty, however, we also offer a retained HR package allowing them access to a defined number of hours’ HR support and advice. Pricing starts from £250 per month depending on requirements.
