Our Process
When we review applications from potential candidates, we’re looking for the reason why someone may be right, and not focusing on the why not. We take the time to speak to everyone who we believe has the potential to do the role. In some cases, looking beyond the basic requirements for a role, seeing that spark of potential, allowing the individual to bring their experience to life whilst asking and listening to what they need to help them through the process. This could be reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process, or it may be the support they need from an employer if they were to secure the role.
