We prepare the search by agreeing the job specification and preparing a comprehensive and accessible recruitment information pack, sharing our client’s story and details of the opportunity. We also prepare a list of agreed competencies for us to interview against. 

Search & Targeted Advertising

We recommend a three-pronged approach to ensure effective coverage of the market. This would combine:

  • Targeted search for individuals with relevant experience and from specific backgrounds/sectors

All applicants are briefed on the role before being screened and interviewed where suitable. Interviews are conducted by one of our HR Directors. We assess the strength of the CV, the skill set, behaviours, competencies and cultural fit.
