It’s been no secret that before now HR retainers were never exactly at the forefront of our thinking!

We were a bit concerned about the traditional model, which can be seen by some to restrict customers – and at Hunter Adams, we don’t like restrictions!

But for many, the global HR outsourcing provider works, and there are a vast array of offerings out there supporting customers with their HR needs.

One key aspect of a retainer that people like is the absolute certainty about what their HR services will cost them for the year. They also enjoy the reassurance that as employment law changes in the UK each year, they will be brought up to date so compliance can be achieved. Let’s face it, UK employment law is complex and tricky for managers to navigate alone.

We offer all of this at a very competitive rate and from as little as £250 per month.
