We are delighted to be searching for an experienced Reward Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in learning and development for the workforce.

As Reward Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and administering the company’s total rewards program, in order to attract, retain, and motivate the team while supporting business objectives.

As a Reward subject matter expert, you will also provide advice and counsel to the wider people function on all reward and compensation related matters.

This role can be conducted remotely with travel to the Dundee office as and when required.
