Hunter Adams is delighted to be working with a highly renowned, global, Scottish consumer goods organisation who are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their team.  In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Reward Strategy.

A bit about the role:

As a Reward Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key reward activities and projects. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including job design, job evaluation, performance bonus and pay review processes, data analysis, and more. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of reward initiatives, while staying compliant with legal requirements and maintaining internal consistency.

Key activities will include:

  • Delivering job design services encompassing Job Analysis applying Job Evaluation methodologies
  • Planning developing and executing the implementation of Job Family Model / Career Ladder processes
  • Participating in the annual Performance Bonus and Pay Review processes
  • Interrogating, modelling and analysing complex data relating to all elements of Total Reward in support of Reward initiatives and ad hoc Projects
  • Identifying external reward benchmark providers and ensuring participation in appropriate reward benchmarking surveys
  • Maintaining an overview of the provision of benefits globally and maintaining understanding and knowledge of local/national market practice
  • Contributing to the design and leading the delivery of benefits communication and education.
  • Providing advice to HR teams and wider business on Reward policies and practices,

We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with WorldatWork certification or CIPD membership.
  • Technical knowledge of reward principles, job design, job evaluation, and Total Reward benchmarking.
  • Experience in leading complex projects and processes.
  • Knowledge of external market trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage external relationships for value.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to changes.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and resilience.
