Hunter Adams, as part of our recruitment service are delighted to be supporting Rettie & Co with sourcing a confident and experienced HR Coordinator on a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave of 12 months, starting at the end of February. This is a varied role which will see you deliver an outstanding HR service whilst gaining exposure to all Rettie’s business across Residential, Lettings and Property Development Services

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting the Senior HR Advisor to deliver all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Working within required timeframes to complete all HR administration to a high standard
  • Competent use of the company HR system
  • Supporting the recruitment process, writing adverts, screening candidates and arranging interviews

To succeed in this role you will:

  • Have excellent knowledge of HR and UK Employment Law
  • Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Naturally be an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly build strong collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent organisational skills and remain detail focused in a fast paced environment
