A 12-month fixed term contract working for this large, well known organisation based in the centre of Edinburgh, you will be working with their Head of Recruitment and Resourcing to implement and embed a new 360 recruitment model and help the organisation to understand and benefit from enhancements across policy and process.

Typical projects that you will be key to are:

  • Attraction and Assessment
  • External supplier relationship management (including procurement and SLA setting/monitoring)
  • Helping to embed Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and future ten-year strategy
  • New system implementation across the HR team
  • Ensuring relevant and recent employment law relating to recruitment is cascaded across the organisation
  • Stakeholder management to ensure that key individuals across the organisation have buy in and utilize the new processes

 

What We Are Looking For:

You will have previous experience working in an in-house recruitment and resourcing role. It is preferred that you have experience of larger organisations (1000 people+) and are used to dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders in those organisations. You will have up to date knowledge of modern recruitment and resourcing techniques and practices as well as a strong wider understanding of how HR and recruitment work with each other. Experience of rolling out EVP across an organisation. You will be able to show how you have developed assessment and selection tools and then offered training when they go live.
