Hunter Adams as part of our recruitment service are supporting a well-known organisation in the hospitality and tourism industry with sourcing a CIPD qualified HR Manager to join their dynamic management team and provide professional HR support to the business.

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee the HR and employee function of the business. In this standalone role you will provide advice on all employee relations matters in line with current legislation delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a self-motivated HR professional to become part of an international brand.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment and selection activities from end to end
  • Leading complex disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings when necessary
  • Ensuring the organisations HR Policies and Procedures and Company Handbook is up to date reviewing and amending in line with current legislation
  • Preparing accurate monthly reports for payroll ensuring that payroll deadlines are met
  • Ensuring that appropriate contract documentation is issued and returned
  • Conducting relevant employment checks and providing appropriate references
  • Ensuring that all staff files are maintained and up to date at all times
  • Overseeing training and the corporate induction programme

 

To be considered for this role you ideally hold a degree level qualification with CIPD membership. You will be a great communicator with excellent organisational skills. You will have sound knowledge of HR legislation and work productively under pressure. Previous experience working in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
