This is a permanent full time, onsite role, based in Aberdeen offering a competitive salary an ideal opportunity be a part of a successful and award winning organisation.

About the role

In this standalone role the HR Manger will oversee the HR function within the Firm, delivering on a range of development and organisational initiatives aligned with the Firm’s strategic objectives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR guidance, leadership, and management aligned with company goals
  • Managing complex employee relations casework and offer legal advice
  • Maintaining & updating employee handbook and supporting recruitment processes
  • Championing employee engagement and preparing necessary documentation
  • Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes
  • Conducting exit interviews and analysing trends
  • Providing seamless people support, managing employee relations issues, and facilitating change
  • Managing HR activities including salary reviews, HRIS maintenance, and benefit schemes
  • Partnering with stakeholders to establish people strategy aligned with business goals
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, assessing employee benefits, and ensuring legal compliance

About You:

  • Ideally, you hold a graduate-level qualification, preferably with a CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • You can utilise your existing HR and business knowledge to effectively lead and manage various issues
  • You possess the skills and experience to work independently with minimal supervision
  • With an HR generalist background, you have experience in all HR aspects but recognise when external expertise is needed for specific projects
  • You have worked in a professional service environment and are comfortable in a standalone role
  • You are drawn to opportunities where you can apply your skills autonomously
