In this critical interim role (6 months), the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in revamping our client’s onboarding process. You will collaborate with stakeholders across eight workstreams to develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy that ensures a smooth and successful transition for new hires.


  • Partner with key personnel across multiple workstreams to gain a thorough understanding of current onboarding procedures.
  • Conduct a rigorous analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the onboarding experience.
  • Design and implement a best-practice onboarding strategy encompassing inductions, company culture integration, VR experiences, process familiarisation, and organisational alignment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the new onboarding strategy with existing company practices.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, particularly those related to onboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating positive employee experiences
