Hunter Adams is supporting one of our key clients, London Energy, a values driven environmental management company, to recruit an HR Advisor to support their new HR Partnering structure.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join at an exciting time of growth and positive change within the organisation and their HR function. Located in North London, you’ll support the HR Business Partners and Head of People with the implementation of the people agenda whilst working closely with Managers to support the Company vision, values and objectives.

Your key accountabilities will include:

-Deal with HR queries throughout the People Department.

-Assist the People department by providing administrative support in recruitment, training, and any other HR matters.

-Support specific area/s of the organisation, providing advice and guidance to managers and dealing with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary, with the support of HR Business or Head of People when required.

-Partner with managers to review employee relations, performance management and resourcing requirements.

-Work closely with HR Specialists (Recruitment, Communication, Engagement) in order to develop and implement People solutions for the business.

-Advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people process and business improvement initiatives within the business area in order to improve business efficiency and people management.

To be considered for this role you will be degree or CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with experience working in a HR Coordinator or HR Adviser role.

You will be passionate about HR and have a track record of supporting a diverse and pacey HR team, becoming the key person in the department, building collaborative relationships with your internal stakeholders.  You will ideally have experience in an operational environment and have worked with Trade Unions.
