Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an opportunity to join a growing business? 

Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client Dexcom with recruiting an HR Advisor to join their team in Mainz, Germany.  This role will support the DACH region for Dexcom, a leading medical device manufacturer, who is improving the lives of people all over the world with their innovative product.

The HR Advisor position supports in a generalist capacity, reporting to the HR Manager and acting as first point of contact for any initial queries and HR support for Germany/Austria/Switzerland

 

In this role you’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact to respond to and resolve issues and enquiries on a variety of human resource issues by applying existing policies and knowledge
  • Support the onboarding process along with the talent acquisition, talent development team, HR and the local leadership team
  • Manage HR policies and procedures that are aligned with best practice and labour law, producing written guidance and training videos to assist managers and staff in applying these policies and procedures
  • Assist in employee relations issues and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data on HR Systems; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR. Provide support to employees and managers on HR system – SuccessFactors
  • Contribute to the monthly payroll and benefits administration for all employees, including liaising with external payroll and benefits providers
  • Support employee engagement activities and assist in employee survey process and action planning co-ordination
  • Be involved in global initiatives and projects driven from the US to support alignment and effective implementation across the umbrella and EMEA region

 

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can work in a collaborative way and add value to the growing HR team. Confident using HR systems, managing data and creating reports. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and German.

The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this position.
