Hunter Adams is seeking a driven and adaptable HR Advisor to join our team. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients across various HR needs, undertaking short, medium, and long-term assignments.

Responsibilities:

Based either within the Interim, H100 or Project Team (supporting H100 clients), you will provide generalist HR support providing advice, guidance and best practice recommendations.

Our consultants support clients both in person and remotely and are often deployed at short notice to new assignments or to respond to HR queries.

  • Provide generalist HR support, offering insightful advice and best practice recommendations to our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients both in person and remotely, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Quickly grasp project scopes, client organizations, and relevant personnel.
  • Actively participate in our peer review process, sharing your expertise with colleagues and learning from theirs.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Knowledge and experience of a broad range of general HR practices, including;  the employee lifecycle, policy regulation & law, workforce planning, organisational capability, performance management, wellbeing, D&I, working practices and employee relations.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness are key, in order to quickly familiarise yourself with the scope of work and the client’s organisation and relevant employees.
  • Strong working knowledge of measures and metrics that can be used to track the achievement of outcomes and the impact of your work.
  • Possesses the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
