Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting a fast-growing international business services group build their UK HR team.  We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator and are open to people who would like to work part-time or full-time.

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator to join the HR team at one of our clients based in Wellingborough. This new role and will report to the HR Business Partner (UK South & Central).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR administrative tasks for the UK South & Central area
  • Act as the first point of contact for all general HR queries
  • Assist with the HR integration of new Team Members through acquisitions
  • Ensure regular and appropriate communication with Team Members and management teams
  • Liaise with various stakeholders across the Group
  • Contribute to the ongoing review of HR and integration processes

 

The perfect candidate will have:

  • Experience at HR Administrator or Assistant level, preferably multi-site
  • An understanding of acquisitions/TUPE
  • A willingness to take ownership and deliver to a high standard
  • The ability to work on own initiative and deliver on objectives
  • Resilience and confidence to deal with difficult situations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable with the use of HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to occasionally travel across the UK South and Central regions
