  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills along with a high degree of technical competence
  • Has led Transition Projects wherein HRIS data was transitioned from Local HRs to HRIS Team (Shared Services Model)
  • Has supported leadership in the implementation and movement of employees from manual to PeopleSoft Payroll (Global Payroll)
  • Experience of automating the interface between HR systems and Training systems
  • Systems used: PeopleSoft (certified expert), SuccessFactors
