Having fully immersed ourselves in IR35 since 2000 and more recently working with the public sector to manage IR35, we have been meeting companies across the UK to discuss IR35.
The assessment process is on everyone’s minds. This has been helped by the recent launch of the new CEST tool.
As HR leaders we need to provide solutions to our businesses. Many of the factors that deem a worker in scope of IR35 are due to the way in which we manage them.
This session, facilitated by our founder Dean Hunter, will talk about the practicalities around contractual terms and what we need our businesses to start thinking about for when the assessments are complete.
Each of you are going to likely be asked by your management about the key contractor who they just cannot do without – who unfortunately is in scope. Let’s be proactive and discuss potential solutions.
