Associate Spotlight: Anna Spragg – Diversity & Inclusion + Organisational Development Consultant

Anna Spragg is a Level 7 CIPD-qualified Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Organisational Development (OD) Consultant. She has been a Hunter Adams associate consultant since 2021.

Throughout her career, Anna has led many successful strategic people and culture change projects and has experience managing D&I and OD teams. She has also developed and delivered organisation-wide D&I and OD strategies and solutions both in the UK and international organisations.

She has worked in and with a variety of organisations and sectors, including Financial and Business Services, Higher Education, the NHS, Local Government, Arts and Culture, Tech, and Community, and Voluntary and Third sectors.

Her pragmatic, creative, and solutions-focused approach to delivering strategic OD, D&I and culture change work in organisations is supported by her passion for working with people. Engaging people is at the heart of her approach.
