Sourcing and Interim Consultant

Position Summary :

The Sourcing and Interim Consultant is responsible for helping us to find clients and consultants and matching them together, to ensure we deliver for our clients.

From a business development perspective, they will identify new clients and in some cases account manage existing clients. They will search and attract consultants for consulting, interim and sourcing opportunities for both Hunter Adams and for our clients. They will provide advice and guidance internally and externally from a sourcing perspective. They will form part of the UK sourcing team and work together with their peers to ensure a one team approach.

Responsible for:

  • Developing a network of HR contacts so we can identify potential clients and consultants.
  • Maintaining and developing a live pipeline of HR candidates at all levels so we can be responsive to our clients.
  • Ensuring each consultant goes through our rigorous competence based process.
  • To account manage sourcing clients
  • Business Development, particularly for the Interim and Sourcing business streams:
    • To identify the target clients in the key South Region markets utilising various methods including, on and offline media, networking internally and externally, job board research and account management
    • To make contact with target clients as a means to gain introductions for Hunter Adams Limited, including your HR colleagues in any meetings
    • To develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
    • To demonstrate the ability to attract clients to Hunter Adams Limited, across the full range of HR services
    • Raise brand awareness with the support of an effective PR strategy and existing marketing materials
    • Attending industry specific networking events across London and the South Region
    • Building long-term sustainable relationships
  • Supporting the Heads and Directors of Regions in relation to all recruitment related matters.
  • Liaise with client management and the client HR team to ensure an efficient recruitment service is provided to the business at all times
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the processes of screening, short listing, selection and candidate communication
  • Arranging searches on appropriate web-sites and placing adverts
  • Liaising with hiring managers to identify and plan resource requirements
  • Provide appropriate advice to managers on best practice in the recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain internal database and support the growth of the candidate pipeline
  • Advertise positions internally and externally on the client websites and intranet
  • Facilitating the Interview & Selection Process in conjunction with managers
  • Completion of on boarding administration, including internal paperwork
  • Preparing and make offers to candidates and support the on boarding process
  • Attend and contribute to recruitment meetings
  • Maintaining the recruitment email inboxes
