HR Manager

Position Summary :

As part of our HR consultancy offering, we support clients across the UK to attract and retain their staff in the long term. We’re flexible and offer HR consulting, a managed HR interim service, fixed term contracts and staff placements.

We’d love to talk to you if you’ve got experience of working in a stand-alone role managing the HR function for fast growth, entrepreneurial SME businesses. Our client Rocket Food Ltd, are keen to meet an HR professional who has expertise in advising on all areas of the business and contracts with a sound HR knowledge. You will ensure the Company is fulfilling all employment legal obligations, including recruitment and all other employee lifecycle activities.

Location : London

Contract : Permanent

Salary : £40,000-£45,000

As HR Manager, you will champion and enable all areas of the business to meet company goals and to promote a strong, collaborative culture throughout the business, while building and promoting effective relationships within the business at all levels and with senior stakeholders, leadership and Rocket partners. As HR Manager you will advise Directors and Managers where needed to ensure the highest standards are present from top down. You will advise on company organisational structure, succession planning and development needs, maintain all HR policies and be responsible for full HR administration for the business. Ultimately the HR Manager will be pro-active in the development of the HR function to ensure it is utilising up to date technology to limit manual input, increase efficiency and quality.
