As HR Manager, you will champion and enable all areas of the business to meet company goals and to promote a strong, collaborative culture throughout the business, while building and promoting effective relationships within the business at all levels and with senior stakeholders, leadership and Rocket partners. As HR Manager you will advise Directors and Managers where needed to ensure the highest standards are present from top down. You will advise on company organisational structure, succession planning and development needs, maintain all HR policies and be responsible for full HR administration for the business. Ultimately the HR Manager will be pro-active in the development of the HR function to ensure it is utilising up to date technology to limit manual input, increase efficiency and quality.
