Hunter Adams as part of our sourcing service are partnering with Global Voices, a driven and ambitious language solutions provider and one of the fastest growing providers of its sector in the UK and with strong presence across Europe and the USA. Working across a variety of industry sectors including life sciences, financial, legal and medical, Global voices provides key services spanning across translation, transcription, localisation and interpretation

Operating globally, Global Voices are continuing to grow their business and as such they are seeking to appoint a commercially driven HR Manager to continue to shape their people strategy working with the Senior Leadership team. This role is based in Stirling on the Innovation Business Park and benefits from excellent parking and the opportunity to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment.

In this standalone HR Manager role you’ll work in close partnership with the senior leadership team across the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in leading on the culture of the organisation and continuing to make Global Voices a great place to work during an exciting time of further growth.

Some key aspects of the role are as follows:

  • Aligning the people strategy to the overall business goals
  • Working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business to deliver a professional and forward thinking HR service
  • Continuing to develop the employee brand through promoting a culture of high performance and through embedding values and behaviours effectively
  • Acting as the key lead on any change management initiatives and advise on any organisational structure and resource planning requirements in partnership with the business
  • Maintaining Investors in People recognition and promoting best practice
  • Delivering engaging and welcoming induction programmes to new employees
  • Focussing on talent acquisition using direct recruitment methods and ensuring that hiring managers are equipped to recruit and interview effectively
  • Managing all aspects of learning and development including the induction programme and the day to day learning and development for employees across the business using both online and face to face interventions
