In this new position working at Biomar’s Grangemouth location, you will work closely with the HR Director to partner with managers and employees in delivering a professional HR service. This role will encompass the entire employee lifecycle including policy management, recruitment, performance management, payroll and employee benefits.
As part of a small local team, linked to the global Head Office in Denmark, you’ll be able to use your generalist experience in really shaping the HR function with the HR Director and collaborating with the business to enhance the current HR offering. Along with day to day HR activities, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting strategic projects and implement new initiatives.
Working closely with the operation you’ll need to be a clear and confidential communicator with the ability to drive forward change. It’s essential that you’ll provide guidance on all aspects of employee relations and employment legislation. You’ll also have the great opportunity to ensure that employees are reaching their full potential supporting the development and coaching of managers in their people leadership and management skills as well as supporting their talent management and succession planning processes to identify and support key talent across their business.
