Our client is going from strength to strength, as they approach their 10th birthday, it’s time to start growing their own talent to meet the demand for their services.
This is a brand-new Early Careers Programme Manager role, where you will have the autonomy to build a Graduate Programme from scratch. You’ll work with Senior Management to scope and define the Graduate Programme strategy and process. You’ll then manage all aspects of the Programme, end to end, including relationships with further education providers and technology partners and, you’ll continually review the structure and content, in line with technology and industry trends, proposing changes to the business where required.
We’re looking for someone who’s as ambitious about their own development as they are for the talent they’ll grow. You’ll have either delivered or supported the delivery of a similar programme and be ready for the autonomy to build your own. You’ll have the support of the People and Senior Leadership teams as you develop. We’re not hung up on sector experience, our clients are experts in their field.
