We prepare the search by agreeing the job specification and compiling a comprehensive and engaging recruitment information pack, sharing our client’s story and details of the opportunity. We also prepare a list of agreed competencies for us to interview against and the process you wish to follow.

We use a three-pronged approach to ensure effective coverage of the market. This would combine:
