Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting our client in the Charitable sector in recruiting a Wellbeing Consultant to join their team in London.

Fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Wellbeing professional to join a thriving organisation as they transition through a period of exciting change.

Like many organisations our client is working remotely.

This role is initially offered on FTC basis for 4 months but potential for this role to be made permanent.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Key lead on the design and implementation of a holistic wellbeing strategy based on mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing with a key focus on mental health and resilience
  • Lead on the implementation of a global mental health programme initially rolled out in the UK face to face then scaled out globally whilst working remotely through a virtual platform during a period of significant change.
  • Improved engagement scores with increase in the usage of the Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Design a wellbeing hub on the internal intranet site accessing wellbeing support and resources including writing articles, blogs and toolkits.
  • Facilitate wellbeing forums, lead on webinars covering various wellbeing topics focusing on the importance of self-care as well as coaching managers in supporting their teams remotely during lockdown.
  • Design and roll out of training for mental health and resilience followed up with toolkits.
  • Co-facilitate inclusion listening sessions resulting in implementing I&D Communities
  • Co-ordinate I&D steering group and ensure actions are followed through.
  • Various testimonials from employees on a change in culture in breaking down the stigma of mental health and creating an environment where it’s accepted that it’s okay to say you’re not okay.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experienced in having complex mental health related conversations with staff at every level
  • Experienced in supporting managers with their staff in terms of adjustments and how to have mental health related conversations
  • Can continue work on our contracted providers – setting up contracts and contract management
  • Understanding of health-related implications of deploying internationally
