This is a interim role, fully remote with a flexible working approach, where you will have the opportunity to really make a mark on the future success of the company. You will be responsible for providing a 360-degree recruitment service to internal stakeholders, mainly focused on roles in EMEA, with the opportunity to contribute to our attraction efforts globally. 

You’ll be: 

  • Contributing to the successful delivery of the overall People Vision, Objectives and Strategy plan  
  • Delivering and acting as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand  
  • Ensuring we have a strong pipeline of candidates for all priority roles  
  • Partnering with colleagues to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service  
  • Developing and enhancing our existing recruitment process 
  • Ensuring consistent candidate and manager experience  

We’re ideally looking for:  

  • Relevant specialist knowledge in talent attraction, tools and systems 
  • Exposure to a range of companies, across a variety of markets in EMEA 
  • Experience attracting diverse candidates 
  • Experience benchmarking salary and reward packages 
  • Exposure to working across different geographies, time zones and cultures 
  • Ability to suggest improvements to processes, whilst deploying high attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy
