If you are looking for an interim, permanent or fixed term contract role with clients across a range of sectors including energy, finance, and technology then we would love to hear from you.
You experience should include
- Experience working in an internal recruiter or an agency recruiter whether that be contingent or RPO.
- A proactive, approach to candidate sourcing in particular, using Linked-In Recruiter
- Experience of high-volume recruitment or executive level hiring.
- Strong CV screening and candidate interviewing experience
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- The ability to advise managers on the best route to market and cost efficient recruitment
- Experience of having managed relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies
- ATS experience would be advantageous as would any experience of recommending suitable ATS’s to clients
- Good relationship building skills
- An understanding of recruitment best practice. on-boarding and GDPR.
