Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting our forward-thinking client with the recruitment of a Senior Talent Attraction Manager (18 month FTC).

This is a maternity cover position and we’re looking for somebody to join our client as soon as possible to do a handover and job share until the current Senior TA Manager goes on leave, in November. At that point, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Talent and will lead the Talent Attraction Team, taking responsibility for a global approach to attraction and hiring, ensuring the best and most engaged talent utilising high-quality hiring solutions to support business growth at pace.

As a global technology business, our Client operates in many different locations and time zones.  Given the nature of this role and varied stakeholder groups, there is a need for flexibility on working times as you will manage all roles across EMEA, APAC and US.

Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Attraction manager will lead the Global Talent Attraction Team of 3, ensuring their active engagement and contribution to strategy is clear.  During the contract the successful candidate will help to grow the TA team by an additional 3 Specialists, globally.

Additional duties include:

  • Ensure that attraction tools, programs and processes are applied consistently whilst recommending improvements that simplify process and improve stakeholder / customer experience
  • Be responsible for managing all attraction activity and projects
  • Implement new attraction initiatives that enhance team performance and candidate experience
  • Partner with our Key Business Units to establish hiring strategies in key employment locations and for key roles
  • Manage critical roles, from pre-approval to onboarding
  • Help implement a new ATS
  • Work with internal teams to update and execute the EVP, ensuring all external hiring collateral is on brand
  • Work on and execute global recruitment training
  • Skills

You will have a deep specialist knowledge in recruitment/talent attraction and relevant tools/systems, ideally with experience of working within a Tech organisation.

Extensive in house recruitment leadership experience, including remote team management is essential, along with hands on recruitment experience (from role approval to onboarding).

Exposure to working across different geographies, time zones and cultures is also required.

Previous experience implementing an ATS would be advantageous.
