The role  

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our UK team on a fixed term or interim basis.  

In this role you will focus on our interim HR recruitment pipeline, building and maintaining relationships with our network of great HR talent.   

This is a unique position where you will work closely with our HR team, ensuring we have interim support ready to support our wide range of clients from Start-Up/Scale-Ups, SMEs and larger organisations right across the UK plus we have recently been working with international clients across Europe. 

This role can be remote however will require occasional travel to the Aberdeen, Edinburgh or London offices. 

What Experience will you have? 

You may come from an In-House or Agency recruitment background and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills  
  • Agility and adaptability to support your colleagues – everyone truly works as a team to help deliver the best solution to our clients 
  • Sourcing skills – competent working with LinkedIn Recruiter and maintaining an ATS 
  • Great communication skills
