Hunter Adams is partnering with L.E.K. Consulting, a leading global management consulting firm, to recruit their Senior Manager, Workforce Capacity Planning and Allocations.

In this newly created role, you will help shape the organisation, collaborating with the senior leadership team across Europe as they support some of the world’s leading companies.

You will be responsible for managing consulting capacity across Europe in line with sectoral and regional strategies, and to support continued growth. This is an opportunity to implement and oversee an effective allocations strategy and function, to optimise productivity, and contribute to the development and engagement of the European consulting team.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with one of the Partners to develop a strategy which will allow for maximum return on consultant capacity and also for continued growth with new and existing clients
  • Implement this strategy across the organisation and continue to monitor, appraise and adjust as necessary
  • Develop and evolve the capacity planning model
  • Collaborate with Sector Leads to understand trends and workforce planning for each sector and location
  • Lead the development of strategy to optimise flexible work programmes for staff and the potential for variable staffing models Work with the finance team to ensure budgets are achieved
  • Work with the HR team to meet training and development needs of the workforce
  • Ensure that the IT infrastructure is in place to allow the allocations team to be able to review and report on efficiencies across the organisation
  • Manage the allocations team, ensuring clear targets are communicated and support the team to achieve organisation and personal targets.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a professional services organisation
  • Exposure to resource management and workforce planning
  • Demonstrable experience of strategy development and implementation in conjunction with senior stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills with excellent communication across senior leadership teams
  • You will be able to show how you have designed and implemented structured processes across a multi-site organisation
  • Proven skills in data analytics and designing models to answer problems related to the analysis of this data
