Fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated HR Professional to join a thriving organisation as they transition through a period of change.
Like many companies our client is working remotely, however this role would typically be based in our client’s Dundee office, so later in the year when the office re-opens (hopefully October 2021) there will be a requirement to be based in Dundee 2 to 3 days per week.
As a Reward & People Operations Partner, you’ll lead the team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of core people & reward operations.
- Operational responsibility for managing & continuously improving our client’s HR systems, processes, practices & HR data/reporting.
- Strong experience in a similar role with global people & reward operations experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading diverse teams whilst driving continuous improvement.
