Hunter Adams are seeking a talented and motivated Resourcer / Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s team for an initial 6 month contract (potential for extension/permanent role). You’ll play a vital role in the full recruitment process, offering support across each phase from initial candidate contact to offer of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn and social media to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
  • Manage communication with potential hires throughout the application journey, providing timely responses to enquiries and keeping them informed of the process.
  • Assist recruiters in conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing logistics.
  • Contribute to data-driven recruitment by collating recruitment metrics, maintaining databases, and supporting reporting efforts.
  • Promote our client’s employer brand and positive culture by actively engaging with candidates and emphasizing our unique value proposition.


  • Relevant practical experience in a resourcing/administrative capacity, preferably within recruitment or HR
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas/Energy industry
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition trends
  • Confident telephone skills and professional manner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment across multiple regions and time zones.
