You will be: 

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR teams to deliver full life cycle recruitment.  
  • Responsible for sourcing and screening through interviewing to offer acceptance. 
  • Increasing focus on direct sourcing strategies in order to facilitate reduction of time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. 
  • Improving overall staff retention.  
  • Promoting and enhancing the employer brand. 
  • Providing positive and professional candidate experiences.   
  • Liaising with HR colleagues and hiring managers across the business.  
  • Maintaining interaction throughout the hiring process with past and present applicants. 

We’re looking for: 

  • Proven recruitment experience, including direct sourcing. 
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source active and passive candidates 
  • Extensive experience of the full recruitment cycle including interviewing and evaluating candidates 
  • Fully conversant with employment laws, practices and Immigration Regulations. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and adherence to procedures regarding the confidential nature of the recruitment process.  
  • Comfortable liaising with both external and internal stakeholders as well as individuals at all levels. 
  • Forward thinker who creates talent pools for future recruitment needs. 
  • Ability to take ownership, show initiative and act with confidence working under own direction.
