Creative, ideas focused, Peoples Experience Partner?

Get a real kick out of mentoring and encouraging others?

Hunter Adams is delighted to be partnering with Nucleus, a truly innovative fintech company who are undergoing an exciting period of growth and evolution and are now seeking a People Experience Partner to join their collaborative People team.

This is a full time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working pattern, based in Edinburgh. An exceptional opportunity to join a creative, people centric organisation with strong values where you can build on your potential in an empowering and exciting environment.

A bit about the role

You’ll have accountability for:

  • Understanding what makes an exceptional people experience.
  • Being our subject matter expert for learning and people experience systems.
  • Analysing and visualising people experience data.
  • Supporting the delivery and development of recognition practices.
  • Identifying learning gaps and regulatory training requirements.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Assisting with the creation and delivery of a world-class, scalable, on-boarding experience.
  • Supporting our people leaders through an impactful leadership development framework.
  • Partnering with our marketing team to generate compelling, creative communications, that excite, engage and inspire our audience.
  • Supporting the evolution of our new, harmonised culture and embedding our values, behaviours and tone of voice throughout the people lifecycle.
  • Designing and developing resources and solutions that stimulate a growth mindset.

A bit about you

Your friends would probably describe you as the “creative” one, ideas focused and someone who takes time to really understand people and their needs. You’re the type of person who asks great questions to understand expectations but can react like lightning to solve problems as they occur.

Nucleus have always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but they’d really like you to have:

  • Flexibility and do everything you can to make a positive difference.
  • Core or SME experience in learning and development strategy and initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • The ability to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the detail.
  • An adaptable approach; agile and comfortable with working at pace and making decisions.

If this sounds like your next move, please get in touch.
