Hunter Adams as part of our recruitment service are delighted to be supporting IMV Imaging with sourcing a part time HR Manager to manage a small HR team in an international organisation. This is a fixed-term contract role, providing maternity cover for a 12 month period.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Working with Management and Senior Management on Employee Relations issues, including providing guidance and attending and supporting in disciplinary hearing and dismissal meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to managers around absence and performance management as required.
  • Management of recruitment process, including gathering resource request forms and being involved with job spec creation, interviews, and candidate selection
  • Manage the onboarding process, including conducting HR inductions with all new starts
  • Management of Learning and Development Annual Training Plan and budget in accordance with our ISO 9001 and Investors in People accreditations
  • Manage Peakon employee engagement system data and develop employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with all key HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee payroll process for UK, Ireland, and South Africa
  • Management of key benefits, including company pension scheme, private healthcare scheme and life assurance
  • Monthly HR reporting to CEO and group level.
  • Be the key HR contact for our Investors in People accreditation and manage projects associate with this
  • Support and develop our part-time HR Administrator
  • Keep up to date with any changes in HR and employment legislation
  • Be a member of the Health and Safety committee to support the company to ensure compliance with all H&S requirements
