Are you an expert in Leadership Development? We’re looking for an immediately available interim consultant to support a Financial Services company.
The role can be fully remote, or hybrid – with occasional office based days in Edinburgh.
We’re looking for an interim who can quickly respond to the needs of the business, using data and insight to understand business needs and to identify potential capability gaps. Experience developing blended leadership development programmes is key alongside establishing brilliant relationships with leaders, colleagues and suppliers.
