On behalf of The University of Stirling, we are looking for an experienced HR Partner to be responsible for our aligning the University’s vision and its people.
As an HR Partner you will act as a trusted partner to your client group, providing strategic and pragmatic advice, support and guidance on a full range of people issues.
You will work across your client group to provide HR support to multiple stakeholders, balancing competing demands and priorities.
You will support your client group in implementing central HR initiatives and bring business challenges and priorities back to the HR function, working across the wider HR & OD team to support the development of integrated solutions aligned to the wider University strategy.
As a member of the HR & OD leadership team you will be focused on delivering the strategic plan targets, in line with the People Strategy, embedding a strategic and successful approach to HR, organisational development and change throughout the University, and improving the core HR service to meet customers’ expectations.
In addition you will have responsibility for leading and/or making a significant contribution to one of the strategic priority areas for HR & OD.
A degree or equivalent qualification is essential for this post, and a CIPD qualification is desirable.
Experience of working in higher education and/or unionised environments would be beneficial.
