We are delighted to be supporting our client, The University of Edinburgh, with sourcing a Learning & Organisational Development professional to support the delivery of their strategic talent and development initiatives.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for designing innovative interventions to meet the needs of the University which may include staff development, staff engagement and experience, talent and succession, performance development, organisational change
  • Support the development and introduction of new performance and talent development processes and practices aligned to a new ERP system
  • Improve talent and development services by collaborating with colleagues and contributing ideas and expertise
  • Analyse and report on the reach, impact and return on investment of programmes and projects

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in delivering Learning and Organisational Development initiatives in large and complex organisations
  • Be confident in managing and delivering on projects
  • Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting data
  • Have excellent communication skills
