Our client is a successful and leading international investor across a range of infrastructure sectors
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, high calibre individual to provide HR support at both a strategic and operational level. This role will form part of a globally distributed HR team.
You will have responsibility for building relationships with HR colleagues in order to deliver operational support to talent acquisition, reward, talent development, diversity and inclusion, employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Most importantly, you will work closely with the Group HR Director and be responsible for the production of all management information – drawing reports from various systems and analysing data to draw insights and actionable recommendations to inform strategy.
We are looking for an applicant who is numerate, with proven experience and passion for working with vast amounts of data (HR data preferably), ideally working within the Financial Services Industry, preferably in banking and/or markets.
