We are working with the University of Edinburgh to find a HR professional to manage the Reward and Recognition team. This is a pivotal role at a time where the University is going through significant HR change and where planning for the next 10 years is taking place. You will be managing a team of three people and helping them to effect the change that you will be planning with the HR Director. You will be doing deep data analysis to report back to the remuneration committee on a series of projects and help the University continue to be an employer of choice and continue to grow and understand its global footprint.
What We Are Looking for
This is a role that would suit a strong HR Generalist who has a good understanding of Reward and Recognition. You will need to have demonstrable management experience of a small team and be able to show how you motivate and grow the skills within the team. You will have a collaborative approach to work and be able to grow strong internal relationships. You will have a real interest in data and how to use data to inform choices across projects.
