Hunter Adams are supporting an Aberdeen city based client in recruiting an HR Analyst to join their busy HR team.

This is a permanent opportunity where you will be responsible for ensuring the function is optimising its use of data and the insights from those data. Working across the function, the HR Analyst will ensure the integrity of data held in the HRIS and help to unlock the functionality of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• To take a leading role in ensuring the team is deriving optimal functionality and value from
People HR (HRIS)

• To ensure the accuracy of all data in People HR and to design and produce reports that are
fit for purpose for both ongoing and specific needs• To ensure timely preparation of Board and where required Executive Leadership Team
presentation materials

• To proactively analyse data and make recommendations where appropriate to develop or
improve existing processes or data

• To present data and reports to the department, identifying errors and advising on solutions

• To Support the recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
• To review and analyse information and make recommendations on system and process

• To be Responsible for adapting and improving PeopleHR to input, store and disseminate

• To further develop capability and capacity in relation to the provision of timely and accurate
HR/ data, reports and information

• To act as a role model for the company values and to identify ways in which the values can
be further embedded

Key knowledge and experience

• Strong systems and data management skills and to be able to translate analysis and
reporting requirements in to effective and streamlined reporting solutions

• It is essential that you can communicate clearly and understand business issues as explained
by staff with limited or no systems knowledge

• Effective presentation and documentation skills, including the effective analysis and
presentation of issues, options, and recommendations

• HR experience or knowledge is desirable but not essential for this role

• Degree or equivalent
