Our client, is seeking an eager, energetic, and resilient HR Advisor to join their team on an interim basis.  Initially for 6 months, with a view for extension, this is a unique opportunity to support their People Manager as they embark on maternity leave.

About the Role:

  • Champion the company’s values and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Be the go-to person for all People queries and provide general support.
  • Manage People functions, including contracts, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers.
  • Partner with departments on talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Lead People projects, such as engagement surveys and performance reviews.
  • Oversee People systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Support the running of the London office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous HR experience at Advisor level.
  • Experience in onboarding, performance reviews, and employee wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (CIPD qualification is a bonus).
  • Hands-on approach to managing HR systems and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excitement about contributing to a company making a positive impact.
