Our client, is seeking an eager, energetic, and resilient HR Advisor to join their team on an interim basis. Initially for 6 months, with a view for extension, this is a unique opportunity to support their People Manager as they embark on maternity leave.
About the Role:
- Champion the company’s values and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Be the go-to person for all People queries and provide general support.
- Manage People functions, including contracts, onboarding, and compliance.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers.
- Partner with departments on talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Lead People projects, such as engagement surveys and performance reviews.
- Oversee People systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Support the running of the London office.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous HR experience at Advisor level.
- Experience in onboarding, performance reviews, and employee wellbeing.
- Knowledge of UK employment law (CIPD qualification is a bonus).
- Hands-on approach to managing HR systems and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to thrive under pressure.
