Are you a results driven Senior HR Advisor with strong commercial awareness?

Hunter Adams as part of our recruitment service are supporting a global tech and business services organisation with appointing a Senior HR Advisor to co-ordinate and support the delivery of operational projects in Energy.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to ensure that the HR elements of projects are delivered effectively and efficiently within the organisation. As Senior HR Advisor you will have a global remit working alongside the Energy HR team to support both operational and HR projects in a collaborative way to deliver desired outcomes and minimise disruption to the business.

Some of your main accountabilities will include:

  • Working with leaders at the early stages of projects, including tender, to understand the requirements and ensure that business engagement is compliant and efficient
  • Working with the Centres of Expertise and HR Operations, reporting to the Energy HR team to develop the approach and project requirements for engaging the project team
  • Actively set-up projects and track the status to ensure that the governance and support in place ensures the right people can be deployed, in the right place and time, in line with local legal and tax governance
  • Working with Centre of Expertise and HR Operations colleagues to review and assess the effectiveness of each project, managing lessons learnt and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
  • Supporting the Project Manager by managing employee relations on projects in Energy
  • Supporting the deployment and rollout of key activities and HR initiatives in Energy across the business where needed

To be considered for this role you will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience of supporting projects from an HR perspective.  Naturally you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills. Previous experience of co-ordinating a responsive stand-alone HR operational service is preferred.
