Hunter Adams is delighted to be working with a leading data analytics company looking for an HR Administrator to join their innovative team based in the heart of Edinburgh. This is a full time, permanent role, with a hybrid working pattern, offering a competitive salary, with a company who has a culture of authenticity, positivity and a has growth mindset encouraging everyone to thrive. 

Your time with them will include: 

  • Managing incoming requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Processing and managing information requests from employees and external parties.  
  • Producing monthly HR metrics. 
  • Collating of monthly payroll.  
  • Maintaining HR files in all formats in accordance with legal requirement, company policies and procedures.  
  • Assisting/supporting the Head of People and line managers with interviews and onboarding and induction process.  
  • Ensuring processes and policies are in line with legislation changes. 
  • Participating and lead HR projects.  
  • Managing the administration of company events and supporting line managers. 

Some of the skills we’re hoping you have: 

  • Proven experience of working in a similar role, and an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.  
  • Highly organised, flexible, customer focused and methodological.  
  • Ability to interpret information and to produce accurate reports to management. 
  • Able to work proactively on own initiative. 
  • Strong IT literacy skills.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Confidentiality.  
  • Collaborative team player.
