Are you looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition leadership role where you’ll be given the space and support to innovate and try new things?

This is an exciting opportunity to create and futureproof the Talent Acquisition strategy of a well known UK Financial Services business, who know it’s vital to offer the right work/life balance and rewards package.

You will:

  • create and futureproof the Talent Acquisition strategy using in-depth knowledge and understanding of the external market and strong leadership skills.
  • be given the space to innovate, try new things and put your own stamp on the role.
  • lead, coach, and develop our team of in-house recruiters (10) through one of the most challenging recruitment markets we have ever faced, responding to market changes
  • use insight data to shape talent resourcing decision making.

Your remit will be broad, with the team recruiting roles across Central Functions, Operations, Contact Centres and more. This role will have the support of a dedicated Group recruitment strategy team that helps drive excellence.

We’re looking for:

  • An expert recruitment professional with solid understand of best practice in the external market, including attraction, brand, talent pooling, market mapping and campaign management.
  • Someone who can balance the leading of an operation that needs to deliver high quality and quantity of new talent, and at the same time be a strategic thinker that will look forward, ensuring we build and execute the right plans to improve and make things better.
  • Experience of leading a multi-site team to deliver results.
  • A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches, with inclusion driven at every opportunity, through everything we do.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of recruitment technologies.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Someone who knows how to work with data to tell stories and influence change.
  • Understanding of recruitment legislation, data protection and confidentiality policies.
