Hunter Adams is delighted to be partnering with a Scottish digital solutions company looking to add a Head of Organisational Development to their team as their global and domestic reach broadens. 

This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Dundee, offering a hybrid working pattern and competitive salary. An excellent opportunity to work for an innovative and creative company where your experience and knowledge will help to build and develop this family business as it continues to grow. 

Key activities will include:  

  • Working with senior leadership team to build a global people strategy. 
  • Providing management to P&OD team members. 
  • Working with the Head of Communications to reclaim a ‘one team culture.’ 
  • Building and maintaining people function, across full employee life cycle. 
  • Supporting the development of the P&OD Administrator.  
  • Managing end to end recruitment process. 
  • Facilitating Performance Management System.  
  • Providing leadership and guidance on all people related issues. 
  • Managing and investigating employee wellbeing, health, safety concerns as raised and escalating as necessary.  
  • Positively challenging current internal practice and leading change. 
  • Encouraging Learning & Development culture activities to build strategy.  
  • Creating content for people documents for marketing purposes. 
  • Creating and delivering workshop training/ manager handbooks / policy guidance.  
  • Overseeing management of the people portal and ensure GDPR compliance.  

We’re looking for:  

  • CIPD accreditation. 
  • Appropriate business/management degree or equivalent qualification. 
  • Solid generalist experience of supporting senior leaders.  
  • Experience of and ability to lead organisational change.   
  • Solid understanding and experience of system implementation. 
  • Proven people management and leadership.  
  • Robust decision making. 
  • Proactive and creative problem solver.  
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
