Are you a strategic and operational HR leader looking to make a significant impact? Our client is seeking a Head of HR (Operations) to join their dynamic HR team.

This key role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the company’s people strategy. You’ll be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR operations, payroll, policy, systems, data and reward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive progressive HR thinking and application
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding through to offboarding)
  • Responsible for the overall administration of compensation and benefits
  • Responsible for strategy delivery into action with robust project planning support for people initiatives, to the wider HR team and business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of HR (Operations) or similar role
  • Experience in leading a payroll function
  • Effective change management ability
  • Broad knowledge across all HR functional areas
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging HR practices and legislation, particularly in the
    areas of policy, systems, data and reward
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
