This is a full time, permanent role, based in Glasgow, offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working pattern. Key activities will include: 

  • Recruiting directly for middle/senior manager roles globally. 
  • Leading the development and execution of future Resourcing model, processes and enablers of the organisation.  
  • Developing a direct Talent Acquisition strategic approach.  
  • Leading end to end recruitment process. 
  • Ensuring cost avoidance targets are met. 
  • Leading diagnostic and thought leadership around future proof global approach to resourcing. 
  • Sharing expertise internally to build recruitment capability 

We’re looking for:   

  • Experience in direct recruitment of middle and senior management roles.  
  • Experience of leading a strategic review of resourcing models and processes and implementation of new approaches in a multi-divisional company.  
  • A strategic thinker but also able to execute plans effectively.  
  • Commercial and results driven.  
  • Strong collaboration skills.  
  • Excellent at stakeholder management, influencing and communication.  
  • Customer/client service focused.  
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and focus. 
  • Balances thought leadership with engaging with the wider business.
