Hunter Adams are working with a growing engineering business which focuses on a revolutionary process for the Aeronautical industry. After securing their next round of funding they are looking to add Engineers (physical and software) to their team and need a talent acquisition manager to help them for 3 -6 months. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their HQ near to Bristol. There is currently no TA strategy in place so you will be going into an organisation where you will help to build what talent acquisition and recruitment mean.
You will have previous experience working on Engineering roles and it is preferred that you have a background in scale up organisations (or be able to demonstrate a Lean mindset and be comfortable with quick change)
You will be employed directly by the organisation, initially for 3 months with an option to extend.
