The Benefits Specialist position is responsible for the day-to-day management of benefits and wellness programs across EMEA.  In addition, you’ll support the implementation of Total Rewards projects and policies aligned to the regional growth strategy.

In this role you’ll:

  • Partner with Regional HR and the Global Benefits group to provide regional input to the design of global benefits.
  • Build and implement benefit and wellness programs for country specific expansion projects.
  • Manage country specific benefit programs and vendor relationships across EMEA.
  • Conduct reviews and bench marking analysis on an ongoing basis to support the design, development and implementation of benefits programs and policies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external benefit queries and troubleshooting issues across EMEA.

You’ll also work alongside the Global reward team to oversee and maintain global job and salary structures, recognition and rewards programs and, you will also ensure compensation policies are aligned with specific countries legal requirements.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits person. You’ll be able to standalone as part of a multi disciplined regional HR team and also contribute at a global level.

The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities is essential in this position. Along side this, you’ll also require initiative and significant attention to detail.

Our client is open to someone looking for part or full time work. They are happy for this role to be fully remote or for you to be based in one of their European hubs; currently these are in Scotland (Edinburgh), Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland.
