Hunter Adams is working with a leading care provider as it revolutionises the sector. We’re looking for a change agent for a regional role, ready to develop their career in digital, with experience of change, coaching or process improvement.

Our client is a leading homecare provider in the UK, delivering a wide range of health and social care services.  The company has grown significantly in recent years and are in the process of transforming their operational model through the digital transformation of core business processes, revolutionising social care delivery across their branch network.  This transformation will make a truly positive difference to the lives of the people they provide services to as well as to their front-line care workers.

We are recruiting a Change Advisor to support the embedding of the new platform, and the operational change required to achieve our goals.

This role would someone who is data driven and is able to conduct analysis around process related data, to understand how well processes are embedded and how improvements can be made to impact on improved service delivery.  Key strengths should include refining/designing best practice guidance and processes. The successful candidate will be passionate about efficient ways of working and deploying processes suited to end users – who need a straight forward process.   A hands on operations background is required and previous experience in the homecare sector is preferred, but not essential.

In this role and you will be responsible for:

\training processes, systems and concepts across the branch and regional team networks
\supporting the roll out of new initiatives based on user feedback and service improvement ideas ensuring users across the business understand the new processes and system functionality
\managing the successful transition from old ways to new

The successful candidate will be an integral member of a fast paced, award winning Digital Transformation Team delivering some of the most exciting change the sector has seen.  This is an excellent development opportunity for those seeking digital experience, you’ll need to have a track record of training, coaching and supporting change.  A good working knowledge of Excel (e.g pivot tables, putting together reports, reviewing and testing data) and strong communication skills are also required for this role.

This is a 9-month FTC with the potential for the right candidate to go permanent.
