If you love developing others and are looking for a dream development opportunity for yourself, then look no further! We’re partnering with a household name in Financial Services to help them find a Capability Consultant to join their amazing capability and development team.

The opportunity exists due to internal promotions and this role will offer you the opportunity to learn, grow and develop too. The role is hybrid, however face to face delivery will require you to be in office for most of your role.

As a Capability Consultant you will be at the forefront of delivering a range of engaging learning solutions which are colleague and customer centric, including inductions and a variety of exciting learning products and initiatives.

You’ll love working in a collaborative environment and deliver a wide range of learning sessions and make every colleague’s onboarding and development journey an amazing experience.

There will be diverse and interesting projects to take part in and you’ll learn new skills and experiment with new ways of working. Full training will be provided – you’ll get all the support you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong facilitation: track record of delivering learning programmes/Inductions that inspire and motivate, facilitating face to face and on-line engaging workshops, and bringing out the best in large, diverse groups.
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure continuous improvement, with great interpersonal skills.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Decision Maker: Confident in making decisions and solving challenges effectively.
  • Organised Planner: Take initiative to plan and prioritise to meet business needs.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs.
  • Relationships: Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick on your feet, whether delivering face-to-face or virtual learning.
